What does a life coach do?

A life coach helps you get from where you are stuck in your life now, to where you want to be. In other words, a life coach’s job is to help you get from Point A to Point B in your life.If you’re asking yourself, “How do I find myself again?“, a life coach will help you to listen to your inner self and uncover the parts of yourself that go unnoticed. It is those unheard and uncared for parts of yourself that make you feel so alone or generally unsatisfied in life.

Why is nlp coaching the most effective?

What happens during a coaching session?

Coaching sessions will typically last between 45 minutes to 90min. 
First we will have a free discovery call and if we decide to start our coaching program, you will get a questionnaire over the email and after that, we will book our first session.
During the session, I will also ask you some questions, such as what you want to achieve in life, what areas you're unhappy with and where you'd like to see yourself in the future. You will never be forced to make any decisions you don't feel comfortable with and all sessions will be confidential, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings privately in a safe space.

Coaching is  a partnership between you and me as a coach. I  will  encourage you to explore how to make positive changes in your life based on your values. Occasionally I will also  set you some tasks to work on outside of sessions.
We will discuss how to make the best personalized coaching plan just for you, and through conversation, we will find the best coaching or  therapy method for any of your issues.

How fast can I see the results?

The results with NLP coaching are already after 1 session, even though it is recommended to have at least 5-10 sessions in a month or two, so we can make the best results for any area of your life.

Can I control myself during hypnotherapy? 

You are completely in control when under hypnosis and don't have to take on any suggestions if you don't want to. A normal human being goes through hypnosis at least twice a day just before you fall asleep and just when you are about to wake up.
